A lot of the time, buying a piece of Summerlin real estate is simple. You end up with a fantastic house in the neighborhood you have always dreamed of. Unfortunately, your do not figure out that your neighbors are an issue until it is too late.

An altercation gets extreme when one party decides to move away. It's wise to shower a malicious neighbor with kindness; you have a greater chance an answer to your complaints.

If you believe they in violation of any laws, make sure you do your research to find out just what the local codes and regulations are. If your requests are not answered you can then bring the city in.

The court and police should only be called in as a last resource and a mediator can oftentimes settle any disputes. You will be able to keep the peace with your neighbor if you maintain an open mind.
