Mold can harm almost any piece of Summerlin real estate . According to a recent study, mold growth is largely due to building quality, not weather and humidity.

Strict energy guidelines control the construction of today's buildings. When moisture becomes stuck inside the walls of a building, the greenhouse effect is created. To maintain the mold infestation, it is good to get regular roof, drainage, and structure inspections.

Prices may add up, but in the long run, it will be cheaper than fixing a sizeable mold problem. A mold problem could end a deal when it comes time to sell your Summerlin home .
