Despite a slight dip in typical Summerlin apartment rentals, student housing remains steady. The average growth rate for every form of student housing has gone up by 7 percent, according to a recent report. Houses with three or more bedrooms have experienced the greatest increase, from 9 percent to 13 percent.

The majority of leases run the usual 12-months and remains by unit, not by bed. This news proves beneficial for Summerlin homeowners leasing to students.
