Any piece of Summerlin real estate could be burdened by mold. A new investigation found that building quality could be one of the main components of mold growth, not weather and humidity.

Today's buildings are constructed to meet tight energy regulations. The greenhouse effect is created when moisture is trapped inside the walls of a structure. It is helpful to get regular roof, drainage, and structure inspections to keep up on mold infestations.

It's more costly to fix a gigantic mold problem than it is to get yearly inspections. Plus, when it comes time to sell your Summerlin home , a mold problem might cost you the sale.
