According to the United States Commerce Department, last Month exhibited a surge in new home sales. For Summerlin real estate , this is wonderful news. According to analysts, new, single family home sales rose by 4.6 percent.

Economists have been expecting that the market would dwindle because of rising mortgage rates and were shocked by the rise. Only a minor slowdown is projected even though the mortgage rates are expected to continue to rise over the following few months. There hasn't been a better time to buy a great Summerlin home .
