Becoming a victim of identity theft could influence your chance of completing a Summerlin real estate transaction. Identity theft is going to be looked at by Congress as they evaluate email phishing scams.

When an individual or group impersonates a creditable organization, like PayPal or a large bank, and acquires sensitive information fraudulently, they are participating in phishing. It's extremely important to keep an eye out for email that looks suspicious. If you have any doubts, report any email that you believe to be a scam.
