To start, the price must be right. Price your condo off the local market and surrounding neighborhood. More brokers mean more exposure so invite many brokers over for an open house.

Compose an individual "resource list" for potential buyers. Families could be searching for nearby schools or parks while empty nesters are interested in fine dining or cultural activities. Make the kitchen and bathroom a point of focus. You will see sizeable payoffs when you put money towards renovations here. Incentives, such as a few months free cable or grocery store gift certificate, are a great way to bring buyers in.
