Most of the time, it is simple buying a piece of Summerlin real estate . You end up in a community you have always dreamed of with a fabulous home. Unfortunately, your do not discover that your neighbors are a headache until it is too late.

Feuds among neighbors sometimes get excessive and can end in one party moving away. It's smart to shower a surly neighbor with kindness; you have a greater chance a response to your complaints.

Be sure you complete your research on local codes and regulations prior to accusing a neighbor of violating any laws. That way, if they do not answer your interests, you can get the city to assist.

A mediator can sometimes settle any disputes and the courts and police should only be called in as a last resort. You will be able to keep the peace with your neighbor if you have an open mind.
