The floors have been selected and the blueprints are drawn. It is time to remodel your Summerlin home. However, be careful, the value of your house might be lowered by one mistake.

Over expanding must be avoided. Your house may be the best on the block, but when the time comes, it will be much harder to sell. It is critical to avoid making your house something it is not. Leave kitchens as kitchens and bathrooms as bathrooms.
