Summerlin real estate has taken steps to create electronic transactions. Buying or selling a piece of real estate is much easier with a paperless method. Furthermore, it will accelerate closings and save money. Going paperless is not as easy as it sounds seeing how we have used paper for so many years.

One of the most difficult aspects of using an electronic system is guaranteeing agreements are secure. There is of course the chance of fraud although electronic signatures were made legal in 2000. New legislature makes electronic transactions even safer, continuing the move to paperless methods.

As this happens, we will witness a better, more efficient process.
